  The Great Outdoors Merit Badge Day will be held in June 21 2008.
Place  Cedar Grove Park 11385 Pioneer Road, Tustin, CA. 92780.
 
     
SCHEDULE
 
  Check-In  7:30 a.m.  
  Opening Ceremony 8:00 a.m.  
  1st Session 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon  
  Lunch 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m.  
  2nd Session 1:00 p.m. - 4:30

  Each Scouts must wear official BSA scout uniform and comfortable shoes.
 
 
     
PREREQUISITES (Homework)
 
  Each Scout must bring appropriate proof of completion for of all those requirements to be completed before class. Items that can not be brought to class because of size or logistics must have a letter from the Scoutmaster as proof. Photos of completions signed by Scoutmaster, written work, and drawings must be brought to class. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT "SIGNED PARTIALS" ON A BLUE CARD AS PROOF OF COMPLETION. To be unprepared is not fair to those who have prepared or to the Professors teaching the badges in these relatively short sessions. Remember badges are EARNED, not given out.  
     
TROOP FEES
 
  $20.00 per scout non refundable fee (includes one or both sessions)
Lunch  optional at additional $5.00.
No walk-up lunch orders will be taken at the event.
 
     
CHAPERONES
 
  One adult for every 4 boys.  
     
WHAT TO BRING
 
  1. Completed Blue Card Signed by your Scoutmaster for each Merit Badge
2. Appropriate Merit Badge books
3. Pen and paper, other appropriate supplies 
4. All other material required for Merit Badge
